NO! We wanted to make our memberships more flexible and supportive. Any floral credit not used one month rolls over to the following month. When you join, you will be given a link so that you can see your balance any time.
YES! When you place your orders, and the amount is more than your flower credit, we will either take a credit card for the additional amount or email you an invoice for that additional amount. (The credit card system for the recurring payments saves the credit card in such a way that we are not able to access it from here. Let us know if you want to explore another way for us to keep it on file for you.)

With regularly scheduled deliveries, the vase or container can be a rental, where your budget is allocated more for the flowers, and we'll pick up the container when we deliver the next one. With this option, you get a higher end look, as we can use a specialty or hand-blown glass vase that will go with the flowers for that delivery. You enjoy the luxury, and the variety without having a cupboard of vases down the road!
Vase Recycling - we will also pick up boxes of your vases or containers at your home or office that you no longer need or want, and either put them into our rotation, or make them available for charity donation flowers.
For Business Members, an additional perk is a complimentary brainstorming session to network with Karin, our owner, who is a master networker and who loves to give referrals and connect people. And/or you can also use your time with her to brainstorm a marketing/business question and receive some creative ideas and connections from her.
For Romance Members, one of the perks is availability of specialty premium flowers on Valentine's Day or other holidays, where you receive access before our general public orders.
For Personal Members, when you are choosing to use your membership to treat yourself, you can email or text us pictures of your home where you typically would display the flowers, and we will deliver designs to flow in the style of your home or office.
Great question! Once you sign up, we will reach out by email with some helpful links, and also by phone to get to know you better and take a few minutes (or more time for higher budget Memberships) to note your preferences, and find out how you want to use your membership. We will keep all that on file.
When you want to place a flower order (if you're choosing to order as-needed), you can call us at 480-603-7673, email us either at firstname.lastname@example.org or to your Floral Concierge directly. You can select a design from the website, or leave it more open and we'll use the best flowers of the season that will fit your preferred style for that recipient.

All our flowers are delivered by a person, throughout the metro Phoenix area. We have both our own Floral Ambassador, as well as relationships with couriers, either option providing professional hand delivery.
With the onset of Covid-19, we immediately transitioned to no-contact delivery to keep everyone safe. And we call ahead, especially for a home delivery, to ensure someone will be there to recieve the flowers.
We deliver throughout the Phoenix Area - most of Phoenix metro is a $15-$20 delivery fee, with the outlying corners an additional fee. You will see the fee based on the zipcode as you go through the checkout process. Our Floral Design Studio is centrally located near the Phoenix Airport.
We also support our Members with deliveries outside Phoenix. We have vetted florists in most of the major markets, and also many small towns, and when there are deliveries to cities where we may not know a florist personally, we know how to 'interview' them to find out if they will create a design of the quality and style you are looking for.

We offer extended delivery times during holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. We typically start earlier and end much later - working until all the deliveries are made, even into the evening.
For Valentine’s Day, because everyone wants their deliveries at the same time, we have the following additional options for delivery:
Delivery to a Business, Guaranteed by 3 pm - an additional $20 on top of our normal delivery fee.
Delivery any time on the 14th, an additional $10
Delivery any time on the 13th, to a business or to a home, standard delivery fee
Here's an insider tip for Valentine’s deliveries - order early - when we can set aside your flowers and get your order into our flow earlier, your flowers go out on earlier runs. When you wait until last minute, you might miss the first delivery run.
You can also order online or over the phone and pickup at our artist design studio near Broadway and 48th Street in Tempe, near Tempe Diablo Stadium. Please pre-order, and call us when you arrive so we can bring the flowers out to you.
Our deliveries typically happen between Monday-Friday 9-4. If you have specific times that are critical to you, we are happy to accommodate. Sometimes extra fees will apply as we pull your order out of our normal flow and pay special attention, or send out an additional team member.
Early Delivery prior to 9:30 am is available when ordered by the day before, and is an additional $20 - we’ll bring our team member in early just for you!
Late delivery - after 4 or 5 pm, additional $20 (mostly due to heavy traffic, or delivery after closing)
After hours Delivery - you can pre-arrange for deliveries after hours, with an $30-$50 additional fee that includes a tip for the team member who serves you. If you call after hours and schedule a delivery before we open, we have a $150 minimum which includes a minimum of $50 for the delivery
We always want to ensure that the recipient actually receives them, and in wonderful condition to enjoy as long as possible. We also strive to minimize the number of trips to the home or office, so that there is less likelihood of additional fees for you. If they are not at home, our first choice is to leave it with a neighbor, safely inside. During the cooler winter months, sometimes it's cool enough in the shade to leave the flowers by the front door. in either case, we call the recipient and let them know where to find the flowers. Some of our clients ask us to call the recipient ahead of time to make arrangements, either for a time frame or delivery window, or where to leave them if they are not home.
You will call Bottleshop48, a local wine and craft beer purveyor. 'The best Beer and Wine in Tempe.' You will call them and make your selection and pay over the phone for wine or champagne at 10% off and then we will it pick up and deliver with your flowers or gift. There is an additional $10 fee that we will charge at the time you place the order with us for picking up your wine.
Call them at: (480) 820-0804 - describe what you are looking for and make your selection and pay over the phone. Let them know you're calling from God's Garden Treasures, and that we will pick it up from them. They are offering 10% off to all our clients!
We do allow people to pick up flowers, and prefer you to pre-order and call us when you arrive so that we can bring the flowers out to you. We don't have a retail showroom, and people are welcome to pick up at our design studio.

Are you kidding me?!! We love it when clients come in. While over 90% of our business is delivery, we always have at least a few pre-made arrangements ready to go. You can also hand-select flowers from our curated collection of premium blooms, and ask us to create a wrapped bouquet, or even watch and give your input as a designer creates your floral arrangement for you during the hours when a designer is on site (about 75% of the time). All of our team members can create simple designs, so we've got you covered! Come on in and watch the magic happen!

We also answer the phones after hours as needed - when you call us you will get an option to call one of our cell phones if you have an emergency or want to get set up for the next day. And on event dates and holidays, we are here longer and will pick up when we’re here. We love our clients!
Our goal is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. We work hard on the front end to communicate about any substitutions, clarify your intentions and desires, and then execute at 110% for you. We really care about you! And 99.9% of the time, we deliver. And yet, only God is perfect, sometimes mistakes happen. If you are one of the one-in-a-million, rare ones where we have missed your expectation, for whatever reason, our first priority is to replace the offending arrangement with one that exceeds your expectation. We prefer to do that as quickly as possible - so please call us! And we know that weddings, funerals and other life events, you don’t get a do-over, and work extra hard to ensure quality, delight and timeliness.
Even though we would love to take food back as a return, our policy does not allow us to. We only offer the freshest quality of chocolate truffles possible. If something happens to them during transportation, we are happy to work with you on an exchange. Even though it has not happened, we would let you first and and get a replacement immediately.
Most people, even if they are looking for voluminous bouquets, are looking for the emotional impact - the 'Oh my gosh! This is so cool! I love it!', and an excited phone call or text or a hug! Impact can also be achieved through a design and floral selection that reflects the recipient's style, aesthetic, personality, hobbies or interest. Imagine receiving a delivery and seeing yourself reflected in it, knowing it was created just for you! You feel so special! Distinctive blooms and creative, artistic design also set the stage for an incredible impact.
Some people who want to know this want to know how many flower stems are in the arrangement, or how tall it is, how full it looks, or even what the emotional impact of the the floral gift will be! We want to get to know you and what's important to you, so we can direct you to the arrangements you will be happiest with.
Our low clustered designs are typically 8-12" tall, maybe a little taller for higher budgets. Our tall floral designs take advantage of an extra tall vase, tall branches and/or the stem length of the flowers to maximize impact, and can be 3-4 feet tall, and we’ve created designs on-site that are 5 to 10 feet tall.
A fuller look can be achieved starting with flower stems that have multiple blooms per stem, such as asiatic or oriental lilies, or that have a larger presence, such as hydrangea. The sheer number of stems also provides a very full looking arrangement. For a fuller look on a budget, you can ask for mid-range or cost-effective flowers, such as alstroemeria, stock, any seasonal specials, or even colorful foliage textures.
We carry a carefully curated selection of premium flowers every day, rotating different varieties of distinctive flowers in the color palette for the season, as well as a selection of everyday flowers. Some weeks, one flower looks better, and some weeks, there’s rain in California and ____
We always have a beautiful selection available, ready to go...and in addition, we are always happy to special order your or their favorite flower, or pick up other items (special-order truffles, cakes, etc.). Give us an extra day, or week, to work on your specialty order. Or if it’s last minute, give us a go, and if we have the capacity, we’ll call around to our vendors, let you know the market price and options, and go pick it up for you - an extra fee may apply for last minute. Calling ahead allows us to slide your special order into our regular delivery schedules.
We love to serve businesses of all sizes. We want to get to know the most important details and keep it on file for your convenience and ease. Most of our corporate clients ask us to keep a credit card on file for payment per delivery. We can set up an invoicing system for companies set up to send checks. And in both cases, we can email receipts and invoices as well as pictures of what we deliver on your behalf.
