Seasonality:

Tulips started out as spring bulb flowers, and this is the season that brings the most variety in colors and special varieties. Due to their popularity, they are grown also in the fall and winter, coming from Holland. If you must have tulips in the hotter months of July and August in the Northern Hemisphere, expect to pay a premium price, and please pre-order to ensure availability.
